What are the benefits of Yin Yoga?

Yin Yoga invites you to be present in the moment, and within the stillness of the poses you are awakened to the flood of sensations within your body and the flurry of thoughts in your mind. As a result, you let go of both physical and mental tension!

Yin Yoga is accessible to all levels, the poses are primarily done sitting or lying on the mat and the use of props is demonstrated in each class so you can always practice based on the needs of your body in that moment and progress through your own level of challenge in each pose.
