JOIN A SESSION

Aquarian Sadhana is based on the lineage of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan. 

Handouts will be provided to follow-along with the mantras.

The session is as follows:

  • 4:30am-5:00am: Recitation of Japji Sahib (Song of the Soul)
  • 5:00-6:00am: Kundalini Yoga
  • 6:00am-7:00am: Mantra Meditations
  • 7:00am-7:30am: Option to stay for a complimentary breakfast & Yogi Tea (vegan, gluten-free)

No previous yoga experience required—beginners are welcome!
