Aquarian Sadhana is based on the lineage of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan.
Handouts will be provided to follow-along with the mantras.
The session is as follows:
- 4:30am-5:00am: Recitation of Japji Sahib (Song of the Soul)
- 5:00-6:00am: Kundalini Yoga
- 6:00am-7:00am: Mantra Meditations
- 7:00am-7:30am: Option to stay for a complimentary breakfast & Yogi Tea (vegan, gluten-free)
No previous yoga experience required—beginners are welcome!

Register for any of the dates listed below
Pay your donation which will go to various local charitable organizations each month.
Step 2: Experience Yoga & Meditation
You'll engage in movement, breathwork and deep meditation to reduce stress and align yourself to your authentic being.
