The Gong contains all the sounds of creation within it. Its vibration literally cancels out your thought waves and quickly allows you to deeply relax. Within 90 seconds, your mind has no choice but to surrender to the sound and spontaneously enter a state of meditation and healing.  This is the ultimate reset button!

This class begins with with gentle yoga warmup and breath exercises, then set an intention and relax lying down. While you're relaxing, you will be immersed in the sound of the Gong as it's being played live! Seal the deal with a special closing meditation, chosen according to the lunar cycle.

No previous yoga experience required, beginners welcome :)
