You are encouraged to approach your yoga practice with enthusiasm, but it is important that you exercise care and caution when determining your ability to perform the exercises presented in these classes. You are solely responsible for evaluating your fitness level and knowing your limits during each session. If you experience any discomfort or pain, stop immediately and modify or discontinue the practice as necessary.

If you are dealing with any injury, illness, or physical condition that may affect your ability to participate in these classes, you should not proceed without consulting your healthcare provider. If you are uncertain whether yoga is safe for you due to a particular injury, condition, or medical concern, it is essential to seek advice from a qualified medical professional before participating.

The instruction provided in this class series is not intended to replace professional medical or psychological care, diagnosis, or treatment. The teacher is not a licensed healthcare provider, and the guidance provided is for educational purposes only. 4. Pregnancy and Menstruation
Yoga practices may have certain limitations for pregnant or menstruating women. If you are pregnant or menstruating, please inform the teacher prior to participating in the class, and consult with your healthcare provider to understand any modifications or restrictions. 5. Full Responsibility for Well-Being
By signing below, you agree to take full responsibility for your own well-being throughout your participation in the yoga classes and the tea served afterwards. You acknowledge that you are voluntarily engaging in the practice and assume all health risks and contraindications associated with physical exercise, yoga and consumption of teas.
6. No Refunds, Transfers, or Exchanges
By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that all class package purchases are final. There will be no refunds, transfers, or exchanges of class packages for any reason. Please be sure to read and understand the terms of the package before committing.
7. Acknowledgment of Waiver
By signing this waiver, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions listed above. You understand the risks associated with participating in the yoga class series and take full responsibility for your own health and safety. You also waive any claims against the instructor, studio, and affiliated parties in the event of injury or accident.
